Although our foundation is personalized Chiropractic care, we offer so much more, utilizing scientific functional lab testing, applied kinesiology (AK) & almost 15 years of clinical experience to help you be your best.
Rather than diagnosing a disease and treating with a drug or medication, we ask "Why do you have this problem in the first place?" “Why has function been lost?” and “What can we do to restore function?”

A graduate of The University of Auckland (B.Sc - Psychology) & the New Zealand College of Chiropractic (2004), she established Compton Chiropractic in 2013.
With a passion to help others reach their full potential she has furthered her education in applied kinesiology, nutrition, paediatric / pregnancy care & functional medicine.
CHIROPRACTIC CARE
We utilize a range of techniques to provide safe and effective care suitable for all ages and conditions. From gentle, relaxing Sacro-occipital technique, and cranial therapy to more manual methods, we will choose the technique most appropriate for you.
Extremity adjustments are also available for poorly functioning shoulder, arm and leg joints.
ACC is available for accident induced injuries, with no GP referral necessary.
APPLIED KINESIOLOGY
Applied kinesiology (or AK for short) is a form of diagnosis through muscle testing to examine how a person’s body is functioning on a structural, chemical or emotional level. It does not detect disease or pathology but looks to address a poorly functioning body through structural / tissue adjustments, dietary & lifestyle changes, & nutritional supplements. AK can help get you back on your feet faster and help you hold your adjustments longer. Please mention if you have any health concerns, not just those you feel are chiropractic related, as we have the expertise to help.
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE
NATURAL SUPPLEMENTATION & LIFESTYLE SUPPORT
Functional Medicine utilizes the latest research findings on supplements, diet and other natural tools for restoring balance in the body's primary physiological processes.
It asks why has function been lost and what can be done to restore function naturally?
Functional lab testing (not typically available through your GP) can be utilized to help look for the underlying causes of health concerns. Tests such as the DUTCH advanced hormone test, Comprehensive Stool Analysis (CSA) with Parasitology & Food Antibody Assessments are available.
